How It Works

Every rental starts with a package. After you’ve chosen a package then you can choose how much we handle. It’s the same great gear at every level, the only difference is how much lifting you do and how much our technicians take care of.

1. Pick-Up (DIY)

The package price as listed. No added fees.

This is the most affordable way to rent from us. This option is for renters comfortable with basic audio setup. Reserve your package, pick it up from us prepped, tested, and labeled, run your event, and drop it back off afterward.

We make pick-up rentals as smooth as possible. connections are labeled and there is a laminated step-by-step setup guide in the case. Every system is tested and confirmed working before it leaves.

Best for: confident hosts, DJs, and musicians who’ve handled gear before.

Please Note:

  • For weekend rentals, equipment can be picked up on Thursdays and Returned on Mondays and any days in between.
  • Essentials and Reception fit in most cars. Reception+ includes an 18″ subwoofer, which is quite large. For a Reception+ rental, please bring an SUV or hatchback.

Delivery & Setup

Package price + a flat delivery fee based on location.

We bring everything to your venue, set it up, test it, and leave it dialed in and ready to run. The speakers will be placed, levels set, mics checked, and inputs labeled. During the event, you’re mostly just pressing play and adjusting volume. When it’s over, we come back, tear everything down, and haul it away. You never lift a speaker.

Best for: weddings, busy hosts, venues with tricky load-ins, or those without proper transportation to transport the equipment.

Technician On Site

Package price + delivery + technician rate, quoted by event.

Our technicians run audio and visual equipment for your entire event. That means they setup, sound check, attentively mix the event, and tear down. No worries of having to operate the equipment or troubleshooting.

Best for: events with a strict schedules, or events that need a fast adapting technician, festivals, corporate events, and any host who wants zero worries on the day.
